The classic elegance of the Music Hall offers 4,550 sq. ft. of space with high ceilings, grand arches and ornate glass and gold chandeliers to accommodate parties of 500 for standing receptions or 300 for a seated event. For small ceremonies up to 150, couples opt for the Oleander Garden. Showcasing the “Oleander City’s” most abundant bloom and a flowing water wall, the garden offers a gorgeous wedding space in an intimate setting. The Terrace Ballroom is well suited for small stylish receptions. The Veranda offers another way to enjoy weddings and receptions, overlooking the tropical pool, lush landscaping and Gulf of Mexico. The Veranda combined with the Terrace Ballroom can host receptions of up to 350 people.

 

The Spa at the Hotel Galvez offers a variety of bridal packages ranging from the two-hour Ladies -in -Waiting package for little ladies 12 years and under that includes a manicure, pedicure, hairstyle updo, makeup, Shirley Temple and a special gift, to the optimum pampering package called Here Comes the Bride that lasts six and a half hours and includes a Sea of Calm facial, Soin Velour Vichy body polish, manicure, pedicure, La Bella Donna bridal makeup, hairstyle updo with veil or flowers and lunch with a glass of champagne. The Diamonds in the Rough package is tailored for men and includes a 50-minute hot towel facial, deep-tissue massage, men’s Galvez manicure and pedicure as well as a highball drink. The spa offers a Relaxation Room, Meditation Garden and a private suite that can be used by brides and their wedding party to socialize between treatments.

 

Despite the hotels’ historic grandeur, guests still enjoy today’s modern amenities. From room service and cocktails to a tropical pool with a swim-up bar and trolley rides around town, couples delight in everything new before and after “I do.”
